General Guidelines

All exchange or return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, including the day of delivery.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Exchange/return is allowed only once per order.

Used or washed products will not be eligible for exchange or return.

Products bought during sales or with discount codes are not eligible for refunds.
Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong product or need a different size, you may request an exchange within 7 days.

We will provide a free size exchange or send the correct product at no extra cost.

We offer reverse pickup for exchanges.

If the new product has a higher value, the difference must be paid online before the exchange is processed.
Note: All items must be in original condition with the tag/sticker intact, properly folded, and securely packed. If these conditions are not met, the exchange will not be processed.
Return & Refund Policy

We only offer refunds in the case of defective or damaged products.

If the return is accepted in exceptional cases (where the correct order was delivered), ₹100 will be deducted as a reverse pickup charge.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or to your provided bank account.
Important Notes

Do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery.

Slight variations in colour/design due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects and are not eligible for return/refund.

If we determine that the defect occurred due to misuse or negligence, the refund will not be processed.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item does not meet the conditions mentioned.
